Day ONE

I begin my journey. I have the need to fix the world. Find the good in Life. I'm not perfect. I am not a martyr. I just hate doom and gloom. I am sick of all the negative people I am surrounded by. Why is that people feel the need to look to find faults in others? Is it so hard to see the good? Would it hurt to say something nice? Am I asking the impossible? I don't think I am. So I know I am a dreamer. When I dream, I dream BIG! I really believe I will own a Ferrari one day. I designed my living room when I was 18. I still don't have it. SOMEDAY, I will. And so I begin this blog. I decided I am going to make lemonade out of the lemons I am given. I am going to find at least ONE good thing that happens to me EVERY day! OK maybe NOT every day but often!
Lets start with today. I flew home from Michigan and I had to change planes. Both my planes were on time, no delays, my cab picked me up and I got home safely. It was such a smooth trip home. That is a great thing! I could have pointed out a few small things that happened along the way , but that is what they were, small, trivial. They didn't affect the outcome of me arriving home safely. HOME SWEET HOME.
